Coaching Squared is managed by Kåre Sivertsen and Mairi McHaffie, who have developed the programme from concept to a flourishing business. They have many years of experience in delivering developmental workshops, staff engagement sollutions and coaching. They have drawn on their professional drama training to help participants develop their confidence and unleash their potential.

Originally from Norway, Kåre is an experienced facilitator, vocal and communication skills coach and Forum-Theatre director. He trained as an actor at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts in London. In 2005, he set up Scene Change after exploring the benefits of using professional actors as role players for business assessment and development centres.

Mairi led the Coaching Squared development team through its pilot programmes at the Ministry of Justice and continues to manage and develop the programme. She is a facilitator, personal impact skills coach and accomplished networker. Mairi trained as an actress at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and gained her degree from the University of Glasgow.
